SP Construction SMS Program Terms
1. Program name and sponsor. The SP Construction SMS Program (the “Program”) is operated by SP Construction LLC d/b/a SP Construction, [STREET ADDRESS], (305) 510-9382, s.p.constrction@gmail.com.
2. Program description. The Program sends two types of messages: (a) service messages — quotes, scheduling, arrival, and job-related updates sent in response to your quote request or booking; and (b) marketing messages — promotions, offers, and review requests, sent only if you separately opted in by checking the marketing consent box on our website or by another documented written consent. Message frequency varies; marketing messages will not exceed [4] messages per month.
3. Cost. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. We do not charge for the Program itself.
4. Opt-out. Reply STOP (or QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE) to any message to stop receiving messages. We will send one final message confirming your opt-out and will then cease texting you. You may also opt out by emailing s.p.constrction@gmail.com or calling (305) 510-9382; we honor any reasonable request to stop.
5. Help. Reply HELP to any message, email s.p.constrction@gmail.com, or call (305) 510-9382 for assistance.
6. Consent not required. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services from us.
7. Carriers. Supported carriers include major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is outside our control.
8. Privacy. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle your information. We do not share or sell mobile numbers or SMS opt-in consent to third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
9. Changes. We may update these Terms; the current version is always posted at this page with its effective date. Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance.
