1. Our Commitment to Accessibility

SP Construction LLC, doing business as SP Construction (“we,” “us,” or “our”), is committed to making our website, junk-removals.us (the “Site”), accessible to and usable by all people, including individuals with disabilities. We believe every customer in our service area should be able to request a quote, learn about our services, and contact us — regardless of ability or the assistive technology they use.

Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time project. We regularly review the Site, prioritize identified issues, and implement improvements as part of our normal website maintenance cycle, as described in Sections 3 and 8 below.

2. Conformance Target and Current Status

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), as the standard that guides our accessibility work. WCAG 2.1 Level AA is the standard referenced by the U.S. Department of Justice in its web accessibility rulemaking and settlement practice and is the generally accepted benchmark for website accessibility in the United States.

Current status: The Site is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. “Partially conformant” means that some portions of the Site’s content may not yet fully conform to the standard. We are actively working to achieve and maintain conformance across the Site, and we prioritize remediation of any barrier that affects a visitor’s ability to request a quote or contact us.

We do not represent or warrant that the Site is fully conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA or any other standard at all times. Websites are dynamic, and content, third-party components, and browser and assistive-technology behavior change frequently. What we commit to is the process described in this statement: monitoring, testing, prompt response to reported barriers, and continuous improvement.

3. Measures We Take

To deliver on this commitment, we have taken (and continue to take) the following measures:

  1. Code-level accessibility practices. We build accessibility into the Site’s underlying code — including form labels and error messaging on our quote-request form, keyboard operability (including the photo-upload control), visible focus indicators, sufficient color contrast, descriptive alternative text for meaningful images, and a logical heading structure — rather than relying on automated “overlay” or widget tools.
  2. Periodic testing. We periodically evaluate the Site using a combination of automated scanning tools and manual testing, including keyboard-only navigation and screen-reader testing of key user flows (in particular, the quote-request and contact flows).
  3. Testing after significant changes. When we make significant changes to the Site — new pages, redesigns, or changes to the quote form — we re-test the affected content before or promptly after publication.
  4. Vendor and third-party content. Where the Site incorporates third-party content or functionality (for example, embedded maps, analytics, review displays, or scheduling tools), we seek to use providers that support accessibility. However, we do not control third-party content, and it may contain limitations we cannot directly remediate (see Section 4).
  5. Staff awareness. Personnel responsible for the Site are informed of this policy and of their responsibility to maintain the practices described here.

4. Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. Known or potential limitations include:
